All orders will be processed within 1–2 working days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method
Little Aali uses trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
The courier service may vary depending on your location and availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your delivery address:
West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically and will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp, email, or order notification so you can track your parcel.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Little Aali is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
7. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, unclaimed status, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact Little Aali within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or videos for verification.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
